Bella serves as Administrative & Operations Support at Under My Umbrella, supporting the leadership team with operations, scheduling, and communications. Originally from Missouri, she built a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and time management through several years in the grocery industry and by volunteering with the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame and local community events. Quick on her feet, adaptive, and self-motivated, she is instrumental in helping ideas come to life and projects across the finish line. Now calling Hawai‘i home, Bella is excited to deepen her understanding of the islands’ culture and community while growing her skills and contributing to UMU’s place-based work. When she’s not at work, she enjoys playing basketball, swimming, exploring nature, and spending time with her family.
